Coming soon · Waitlist open
HIPAA-ready AppConnect for health & insurance professionals — coming soon.
For Medicare and health insurance brokers, therapists, and small practices who use Less Annoying CRM with ChatGPT or Claude. We're planning a HIPAA plan and want to hear from you before we build it.
Important: not available yet
AppConnect is not currently HIPAA-compliant and does not sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) today. Please don't send protected health information (PHI) through AppConnect until the HIPAA plan launches.
What we're building
The planned HIPAA plan would include:
A signed BAA with us
A Business Associate Agreement between your organization and Good Samaritan Software, covering AppConnect.
BAA-covered hosting
AppConnect running on infrastructure whose providers have signed BAAs with us.
Zero storage of CRM content
Your contacts, notes and records would pass through to your AI assistant and never be saved on our side.
Scrubbed logs
Request logs stripped of record content, so health information stays out of them.
Required MFA
Multi-factor authentication required for every account on the plan.
Access audit trail
A record of who connected, which tools were called and when, for your own compliance reviews.
These are plans, not features you can use today, and they may change before launch.
You'll need BAAs on your side too
A BAA with AppConnect covers only AppConnect. Health information would also pass through your CRM and your AI assistant, so each of them needs its own BAA with you:
- Your CRM. Less Annoying CRM offers its own BAA free of charge. Ask them for it directly.
- Your AI assistant. Not every plan offers a BAA. Check with OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft or Google which of their plans can be covered for your use.
Pricing
Expected around $149/month. Final pricing will be set before launch, and joining the waitlist doesn't commit you to anything.
